Enjoy a full body workout twice a week outdoors. You, as the client, will experience many varieties of training styles and equipment. The trainer will guide clients through a warm-up, workout, and cool down. Each workout consists of cardio, strength, and endurance to challenge every participant to get the BEST results imaginable. The trainer will encourage the clients to do their best, and if you do not feel comfortable then the trainer can modify any exercise to suit your abilities and comfort levels. This course is 9 weeks with 2 workouts per week, equaling 18 total workouts. Each training session is 1 hour. Workouts are: Starting July 5, 2021 - September 3, 2021 Monday mornings at 8:00am, and Friday evenings at 7:00pm. All sessions are weather permitted. Any rainy or muddy days will be rescheduled to a later date.
