About the Recipe
175g Greek yogurt, plain
1 tsp. milled flax seed
1 tsp. milled chia seeds
¼ cup blueberries
¼ cup Homemade Healthy Granola
Place Greek yogurt in a mason jar or deep bowl.
Stir in flax seed and chia seed.
Place blueberries on top.
Add granola on top of blueberries.
Store in the fridge for another time or when ready to eat mix together all ingredients.
