About the Recipe
● 40g rolled oats
● ½ cup almond milk
● 1 tbsp Natural peanut butter
● 1 scoop protein powder
Mix dry ingredients thoroughly with a spoon in a mason jar or food container with tight lid.
Add in milk, and mix thoroughly. Then add in peanut butter mixing thoroughly.
Leave in fridge overnight or at least 6 hours. Grab and go in the morning.
