Ingredients

● 1 lb. ground turkey

● 1 can crushed tomatoes

● 1 can diced tomatoes

● 1 can black beans, drained, rinsed

● 1 can red kidney beans, drained, rinsed

● 1 cup frozen green peas

● 1 cup celery, finely chopped

● 1 cup cauliflower, finely chopped

● 1 tbsp. chili powder and garlic powder

● 1 tbsp. sriracha

● 1 tsp. paprika and cayenne powder

● 2 cups of vegetable broth

Preparation

1. Put ground meat in first and break up. Combine all ingredients into slow-cooker. Mix together thoroughly.

2. Cook on low for 4-5 hours, stirring occasionally. Makes 6 servings.
