Peanut Butter Protein Balls

About the Recipe


● 2 cups rolled oats

● ½ cup ground flax

● 1 tbsp. chia seeds

● 1 tsp. cinnamon

● ¾ cup dried pitted dates, chopped

● ½ cup natural peanut butter (127g)

● 1 tsp. vanilla extract

● 1 scoop protein powder (PB or chocolate)

● Up to 1 cup water

● 1/3 cup of dark chocolate chips


  1. Add oats, flax, chia, cinnamon, dried dates, peanut butter, vanilla, and protein powder to a food processor and pulse until mixture is well incorporated.

  2. Slowly add water, scraping the sides until the mixture sticks together. You may need to add more water to make it stick. Using damp hands, form dough into balls and place on a baking sheet. Refrigerate for 2 hours or freeze for 1 hour. Makes approximately 25 balls.
