30 minute at home workouts

Get your butt off the couch! Select from a few of these workouts to do at home to get the metabolism revving and calories burning.
Pain and Gain
Complete each exercise for 1 minute long with 30 seconds rest between each exercise. Do 3 rounds then take extended rest. Repeat as necessary.
Beginner: 
  1. Jog in place
  2. Squat
  3. Push up
  4. Crunches
  5. Mountain climbers
  6. Jumping jacks

Intermediate:
  1. Lunges
  2. Plank
  3. Single leg glute bridge
  4. Laying Leg Raises (feet straight up)
  5. High knees
  6. Bicycle crunch

Advanced:
  1. Jump squats
  2. Burpee
  3. Plank with leg jacks
  4. Power push up
  5. Russian twist (hold a weight)
  6. Tuck jump
